We at BHP Mechanical are a family orientated company with 20+ years of experience dealing with large multiple family residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. We are a safety-oriented company maintaining COR certification. We have helped numerous business and small condominium buildings improve stable operations and provide energy savings with boiler up-grades and HVAC retrofitting.

We have an office staff that is one of the BEST in the industry. We facilitate over 2000 service and maintenance jobs per year, as well as multiple construction jobs.

BHP Mechanical provides job studies and pre and post meetings on building performance. We have many building service and maintenance contracts from monthly, quarterly and semi-annual. This consists of boiler checks, manifold gas readings, temperature rise across equipment variances, motor amp readings, back-flow prevention device testing, filter changes and pressure readings.

If there are defective parts or safety concerns, the matter is reported immediately to the office and to the BHP service supervisor. The office will then contact the person who issued the work order (by phone or email) to inform them of the issue and to discuss the plan of resolution while staying within the budget cost.
